How is Vedic horoscope different from Western horoscope?
Vedic astrology uses the sidereal zodiac and puts the Moon sign (Rashi) at the centre of predictions. Western astrology uses the tropical zodiac and focuses on the Sun sign. Because of this, your Vedic sign can differ from the sign you know from newspapers.
Which sign should I read if I only know my Western sun sign?
You can read that sign for a general idea. For the most accurate Vedic reading, use your Moon sign, which we can work out from your birth details.
How often is the horoscope updated?
Daily horoscopes are updated every day. Check back each morning for fresh guidance.
Can a daily horoscope predict my future?
No. It offers general guidance for a sign, so it cannot describe your personal situation. For guidance made for you, a consultation based on your own birth chart is the better choice.
What do element and ruling planet mean?
Each sign belongs to one of four elements (fire, earth, air or water), which describes its basic nature. The ruling planet is the planet that governs the sign and influences its qualities.
